External signs

When creating that corporate image and projecting the identity of your company with our wide range of modular and bespoke sign systems.

External signage plays a fundamental role in identifying our clients with potential customers. Well designed and constructed signage can ensure that you convey the right image to attract the right clients.

At KLF we have a great team with experience in all external signage solutions. This allows KLF to offer a comprehensive range of contemporary and the more traditional signage designs, whilst using today’s modern materials.

Bespoke Signage

A modern design based around a 'Tray Sign' a tray sign is an aluminium composite box that protrudes from the wall giving an attractive deep look. The fixing are hidden to maintain a clean finish.

In this example a clear Perspex sheet has been laser cut into the shape of a portcullis and computer cut silver vinyl added to bring out the detail in the graphic. Both the Perspex and the lettering are mounted to the tray sign on 'stand-off posts', giving a greater depth to the sign. Vinyl cut lettering and additional graphics were also applied directly to the tray sign, all finished to a very high standard.

KLF Graphics designed, manufactured and fitted the sign as part of a comprehensive business package which included internal signage and vehicle graphics. All part of the complete service offered to our clients.

Below is another example of how 'Tray Signs' can be used. The front of the store has a large black tray sign with white Perspex lettering on stand off posts. The projection sign is manufactured 'in-house' by KL Graphics and mounted on a steel frame to give the shop front maximum visibility to passing trade.

Special commissions

KLF Graphics are known across the region for their innovative designs and have produced signage for companies and organisations ranging from our National Fire Service to multi-national companies like Bathgate Silicas.

When the new headquarters for the fire service opened up in the North West, they wanted something special for the centrepiece of the offices. KLF Graphics were able to design several bespoke pieces including the 3D lettering, illuminated from behind and set into the brick plinth outside the main entrance.
